Cloudflare Workers with HTMLRewriter has enabled me to use Ghost(Pro) in a way that didn't mean handing over control over my domain, and allowed me to still deploy features like security headers, and bleeding edge browser features like image lazy loading, without waiting for these to be implemented directly into Ghost.
